Formerly located in Pasay Road, Makati, gastronomic fans of this establishment would trail them anywhere they go, no matter what. The reason is simple. La nourriture est magnifique et delicieux!

Its founder, Chef Cyrille Soenen is one of the popular Frenchmen who has stepped in Philippine soil. He brings with him under his chef's hat, 30 years of culinary expertise, working for hotels around the globe certified by Michelin Guide Rouge. At the start of the millennium, he worked at Prince Albert, the posh French restaurant at Hotel Inter-continental Manila, and later on became the Executive Chef of this 5-star hotel. After his stint at the Intercon, he went on to be the Executive Chef of Crowne Plaza Galleria and Holiday Inn Galleria, making him the only Executive Chef to be in charge of two hotels in the Philippines.
